I teach Hatha, Vinyassa & Yin classes around the Fremantle area. My own yoga journey began over a decade ago, and my practice has changed and deepened over the years.

I enjoy teaching slow, mindful classes that connect you to your breath and body.

When we take time to slow down, we can become more aware of our own habitual patterns of thinking and behaving.

The yogic tradition of self-study (Svadyaya) invites us to observe our thoughts, feelings and emotions, allowing us to untangle ourselves from the aspects of our lives that are harmful towards our wellbeing.

More and more people are embracing yoga as a complimentary tool to psychotherapy, and I bring techniques that I have learnt through my yoga practice into my work with clients.
